Samantha M. Holloway has been with the Law Offices of Emily S. Lucibello, LLC since 2014. She began as an intern in the summer of 2014, and joined our firm as a legal assistant in November 2014.
Samantha is a Juris Doctor Candidate at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. She is fellow of Monroe H. Freedman Institute for the Study of Legal Ethics, and a Staff Member of the Hofstra Law Review. Samantha was a finalist of the Dispute Resolution Society internal competition in fall 2016, and has legal intern experience with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO) in the legal division. She also received her B.A., Cum Laude, from the University of New Haven in 2015, where she majored in Legal Studies with a concentration in Dispute Resolution, and she minored in International Business.
As a legal assistant, Samantha is an integral part of our CT divorce team. She maintains the files and scheduling for our office, and also assists Attorney Lucibello by drafting memorandums of law and legal briefs in some of our cases. Samantha also has a great understanding of divorce and family law, as well as criminal defense, having performed significant legal research at the direction of Attorney Lucibello.
